We’ve released Kandji Agent version 4.6.5 (5228) with the following improvements:
EDR
Kandji's Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) can now detect the industry-standard EICAR test file without making it executable first.
Kandji Command-Line Interface (CLI)
We’ve added a new option to the Kandji CLI that forces a restart without giving users the option to delay.
sudo kandji reboot --no-deferral
Self Service
We’ve improved the URL schemes for deep links in Self Service, making them shorter and easier to read. Existing links will still work as expected. The updated URL scheme is
kandji-self-service://library/items/<ID>
Passport
On macOS 14 (Sonoma) and later, we’ve enhanced the Passport login window to handle light-colored backgrounds more effectively.
Localization
We've improved Japanese localization.
