New iOS/iPadOS Restrictions

A new supervised restriction (for iOS and iPadOS 17.4 and later), Disallow marketplace apps and marketplace-hosted apps, prevents the installation of alternative marketplace apps in the EU. It also prevents any existing alternative marketplace apps from installing new software.
